Traditional Cornish Pasty Making Experience

Learn to make your own traditional Cornish pasty — without leaving your holiday home. I'll bring everything we need to your holiday accommodation and guide you through making a proper Cornish pasty from scratch. You'll make the pastry, prepare the traditional filling and, of course, learn the all-important Cornish crimp.

While your pasties are baking, we'll make a batch of traditional Cornish fairings to enjoy too, with plenty of time for a cuppa, a chat and a few Cornish stories along the way. That's not all, but I don't want to give away all my secrets yet! I'm Cornish born and bred, and my pasty-making experience is relaxed, hands-on and suitable for complete beginners.

There's no need for a fancy kitchen or any special equipment — I bring the ingredients and equipment to you. It's a lovely way for families, couples and groups of friends to spend time together and experience a little bit of real Cornwall — and it's perfect whatever the Cornish weather decides to do!

You'll finish with your own freshly baked Cornish pasties, fairings and recipe cards, plus the skills to make them all again when you get home.

I can also cater for dietary needs, such as Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free.
